Over the last few years, there has been an increase in pressure to perform in both the workplace and personal aspects of their lives. This pressure can severely affect the health, relationships, family and friendships and striving to keep all parties happy, can feel stressful, exhausting, overwhelming and at times unmanageable. Many people are aware of the support they need and have a strong desire to reach out for assistance but don’t know who to confide in and where to go while, some worry about the stigma of mental health.However, times are changing and talking about your feelings, thoughts and discussing these difficulties with a professional is no longer taboo! but promotes personal growth, work-life balance and good health with an improved state of mind.
Prior to training in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and working as an Integrative Psychotherapist, I worked for several years in the Finance and IT industry. I was responsible for multiple implementations globally. from inception through to post go-live support, whilst coaching and mentoring several teams and individuals – so I understand the stresses, pressure and strains associated with corporate life.
Where will the Therapy Sessions take place?
Typically therapy sessions take place at the clinic in Hampton. However, please contact me if you would like to discuss arranging therapy sessions in the workplace.
